By enrolling in Charts Talk services, you acknowledge reading and agreeing to the following terms and conditions.
Registration: By enrolling in a course at Charts Talk Academy, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date personal information during the registration process.
Batch: Our training session will be conducted in batches. There will be a modification in the fees for any personal training classes provided on special requests.
Fees: Those interested in enrolling are required to pay the full amount in advance through any electronic medium like UPI, Net Banking, RTGS, NEFT, IMPS only before gaining access to the course materials. Neither before nor after registering for a class will negotiations concerning fee reduction be entertained.
No Discount & Credit: We do not offer discounts or credits to anyone whether it be family, friends, referrers, promoters, or old students, nor do we offer them to new students.
Refund Policy: There will be no refunds or transfers for the fees once they are paid. Anyone who has paid the fee and could not join the batch due to unforeseeable circumstances can join any upcoming batch out of next 3 batches.
Course Materials: Upon successful payment, you will be granted access to the course materials for the duration specified in the course description. The course materials are for personal use only and should not be shared or distributed without explicit permission.
Intellectual Property: All course materials, including but not limited to text, videos, and any other content, are the intellectual property of Charts Talk Academy. Unauthorized distribution, reproduction, or modification of the course materials is strictly prohibited.
Technical Requirements: It is your responsibility to ensure that you have the necessary technology and internet access to participate in the online/ offline courses offered by Charts Talk Academy. Any additional technical requirements will be specified during the registration process.
Modifications: Charts Talk Academy reserves the right to modify course content, materials, and schedules at any time.
Amendment to Agreement: At any time, Charts Talk may modify the terms and conditions, which will apply to old, current and new students.
Termination: Charts Talk Academy reserves the right to terminate a student's access to a course if there is a violation of the terms and conditions, including unauthorized sharing or distribution of course materials.
Privacy: Charts Talk Academy is committed to protecting your privacy and will handle your personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Please review the academy's privacy policy for more details.

Adjudication: In the event of a dispute under or related to this agreement, the Pune courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
